With a wealth of experience spanning over 30 + years in self-development coaching, training, and research, my primary focus is assisting individuals in overcoming obstacles and equipping them with the necessary tools and frameworks to fortify their mental resilience and actualize the lives they aspire to lead. My coaching expertise extends to working with individuals, groups, and organizations, with a particular enthusiasm for fostering team cohesion, instigating cultural metamorphosis, nurturing leadership acumen, and implementing operational structures conducive to propelling teams forward positively.
Furthermore, I bring over 15 years of experience as an Executive Director, demonstrating proficiency in Nonprofit Organizations, Public Speaking, Training, Discipleship, Pastoral Counseling, and Volunteer Management. My professional acumen is underscored by a robust background in community and social services.
I hold a Master Certified Coach designation. I am a speaker, and trainer affiliated with the John Maxwell Team. Additionally, I possess expertise as a DISC Behavioral Analysis Trainer and Consultant.
